It's been a while since we heard some new music from R&B artist Ne-Yo, but we won't have to worry about that for the time being. Ne-Yo premiered a new track "Money Can't Buy" featuring Young Jeezy. In an interview Atlanta's Hot 107.9, Ne-Yo revealed that Jeezy heard the song and actually asked him to be on it. He also spoke about his new album Non Fiction, which is based off of stories all which are true, whether a personal experience from him, a fan, or friend.
He said he's taking it back to R&B with this album (meaning there won't be many pop dance songs), and is set to release in Septemeber. He also said the album will follow a story line so each of the songs will connect together. Ne-Yo briefly spoke on his relationship with his ex-fiancé Moneyetta Shaw, saying that it's all good between the two and there's no bad blood. He also went on to support her in appearing in Torrei Hart's new reality show "Atlanta Exes." The ex couple have two children together.
As for Ne-Yo, "Money Can't Buy" is the first single off of his album dropping September 30th. Take a listen to the song below:
