Omari Hardwick Hosts 'POWER' Screening ATL

One of cable television's hottest shows is making its way back to TV for a second season. Power made its debut season on Starz last summer, ranking in millions of viewers each week. By the show's second episode it was already renewed for a second season. The cast of Power has been making their press rounds promoting the show and hosting VIP screening in entertainment's hottest markets. Omari Hardwick aka James "Ghost" St. Patrick hosted a early screening in his hometown Atlanta, GA.


The screening took place at Regal Atlantic Station Thursday evening. The ATL "Power" screening was filled with fans of the show, Atlanta's socialite celebrities, cast members from Atlanta tapped reality shows "Married to Medicine," "Cutting It ATL," and "Real Housewives of Atlanta." Producer/songwriting group Rock City, SESAC associate director Greg Smith, singer Malachiae, actor Brad James were also spotted at the event. Fresh from wrapping season 2 of another Starz original series this week, the cast of "Survivor's Remorse" (minus Jessie T. Usher and Mike Epps), came out and showed their support for the their fellow network show.

The screening was filled to capacity, leaving everyone wanting more! Despite Omari Hardwick's serious roles, he is quite a comedic character in person. Omari Hardwick joked and cut up with RonReaco Lee, Erica Ash, and Tichina Arnold before the screening. His family and close friend accompanied him, filling him with that southern hospitality he grew up in. Omari humbly spoke to and snapped pics with his guest of the evening.
