Future's "Nobody Safe Tour" Hits Atlanta With A Litty Two-Night Event

Future's year has been off to an amazing start. After jumpstarting 2017 with two successful back to back #1 albums "FUTURE" and "HNDRXX," Future announced the "Nobody Safe Tour." Let's be honest, he's been on a winning streak for a few years now. Last Summer, Future accompanied Drake alongside the "Summer Sixteen Tour." Prior to hitting the road to sold out arenas around the U.S. and Canada with Drake, he headlined the "Purple Reign Tour, performing at smaller venues.

Future's consistency with his music, collaborations and fashion has surely solidified his place not just in Hip-Hop, but music period.  He received his first ever top Billboard milestone this year with "Mask Off," his biggest commercially solo success. From opening act, to co-headliner, to headlining his own tours selling out major venues, Future has come great distances from being known as just an east Atlanta rapper. Although Future has progressed to an international rock star, he hasn't neglected his origins in Atlanta. He recruited fellow Atlanta artists Young Thug and Migos for the "Nobody Safe Tour." Zoey Dollaz, A$AP Ferg, and Tory Lanez are also on the tour's lineup.

Future performed to two-sold out crowds in his hometown (ATL, GA) at Lakewood Amphitheater. Fans bared through the pouring rain during Friday's show and Georgia's hot-humid weather Tuesday, but nothing slowed down turn up. Future ran through some of his hottest singles such as "Draco" "Commas," "Sh!t," "Low Life," March Madness," and "Thought It Was A Drought."

DJ Esco and his look-alike mascot kept the show's energy high. Last year Future introduced a group of young social media famous dancers from Atlanta to his performances, who add a fresh energy to stage. Many note Future's addition of young hip dancers to his set not only is one of the best things he's done to enhance his stage presence, but also represents the youthful culture of Hip-Hop. Future Hendrix ended his roughly hour and a half performance with his #1 single "Mask Off."
