Justin Bieber Says He's Moving to Atlanta

This week Justin Bieber dished that he wants to move to the "Hip-Hop Meec," Atlanta, GA. Last week, he was spotted in Vanquish Night Club partying shirtless with Diddy, Jermaine Dupri, MMG's Rick Ross, Wale, & Stalley, singer/model Cassie, and Akon's brother Abou Thiam.

Apperantley after partying it up in the heart Atlanta's party scene in Midtown, the Biebs wants to make  a move to Atlanta. As you know, Justin Bieber has been involved in some legal issues in two places he resides in (Los Angeles & Miami), moving to Atlanta has it's pros and cons.

Sources say that Justin is in love with Hip-Hop culture and may possibly being trying to start a rap career. Luckily for Justin, moving to Atlanta will give him a break with the paparazzi, but does that mean he will stay out of trouble? Probably not.
