Tuesday Sep. 24 Doctor Woo posted a picture of the prayer hands emoji tattoo and tagged Drake in the picture. Judging from other pictures released after the one above, it seems confirmed that Drake indeed got this tattoo, although he has yet to post his own picture on Instagram or confirm the tattoo.
An emoji tattoo seems a bit unorthodox for anyone, but especially Drake who seems very thoughtful and deliberate in all his decisions, especially tattoos being that only a few years ago he admitted a lack of interest in the permanent trend sweeping the hip hop industry. However, tattoos are personal and hold their own meaning to their owner, so I guess we will never know the background behind this tattoo.
