Apple Music is the newest streaming service fighting for the number one spot. Since launching a few short months ago, Apple Music has made a few major debuts beginning with Drake, Puff Daddy and now Dr. Dre. Hip-Hop's famous Doctor and Beats 1 Radio have collaborated to exclusively release Dr. Dre's latest album Compton: A Soundtrack By Dre. Dre.
The album was inspired by the film "Straight Outta Compton," based off of the famous rap group NWA, hitting theaters August 14th. "I was leaving the set coming to the studio and I felt myself just being so inspired by the movie, that I started recording an album. I kept it under wraps...This is my grand finale." This is Dr. Dre's first album since 2001. The album consist of 16 tracks with features Kendrick Lamar, King Mez, BJ The Chicago Kid, Marsha Ambrosius, Ice Cube and more. The highly anticipated album officially will be available August 7th.
