On Wednesday evening, London hosted the BRIT Awards, which is similar to America's Grammy Awards. Two moments that people will remember about this year's awards show was Madonna's tumble during her performance and Kanye West's shocking performance. Kanye West took to the stage to debut his new single "All Day", which is from his album "So Help Me God" that is due to be released this year. His performance at the award's show was definitely one to add to the books of "Kanye's Most Unpredictable Moments"
The world has heard snippets and unreleased, rough versions of "All Day", but Kanye finally performed the full version of the song at the BRIT Award's show. Dressed in all black, the controversial rapper was surrounded by a mob of people including Travis Scott, British grime artists such as Skepta, Jammer and Novelist, and Krept and Konan, Allan Kingdom, and Theophilus London, and two torch-blowers. Being the usual Kanye, he demanded the audience to stand for his performance. "All Day", which was produced by French Montana and Velous, was delivered with a lot more energy and grittiness, which contrasted from the versions fans have heard. During the performance, Kanye can be heard dropping a few swear words, including the N-word, which shocked some artists such as Lionel Richie and Taylor Swift (Yes, she did bring back her famous jaw drop, shell-shock facial expression!).
His performance overall was met with some mixed reactions. What does Kanye West's future album have in store for the world? Only time can tell!
