Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the week you all have been waiting for (I know I have!). Starz highly anticipated, original series "Power" makes it return on the big screens. This second season of Power is planned to return on Saturday, June 6th at 9pm (ET).
"Power", which was an original series created by rapper 50 Cent, is about the struggle for power in the big city of New York. Season one introduced viewers to James "Ghost" St. Patrick, who is played by actor, Omari Hardwick. 'Ghost' lives the double life of a business owner and one of the city's biggest drug lords. His dream is to ultimately leave the drug business behind and live a straight and narrow legitimate life, but with the factors and obstacles he faces, will he ever achieve it? Along with his illegal business activity and the issues that comes along with that, 'Ghost' is faced with his own personal problems: his first love, now Assistant U.S. Attorney Angela Valdes, played by Lela Loren, resurfaces back into his life, leading the investigation of his drug organization (mind you, he is married to and has a family with Tasha St.Patrick, played by Naturi Naughton). Childhood best friend, Tommy Egan, played by Joseph Sikora, battles with 'Ghost' about staying in the drug business. Kanan, played by 50 Cent, was Ghost's former mentor and he is seeking revenge on 'Ghost' for taking over the business he left behind while he was locked up in jail.
