Books being turned into movies is a huge deal and the Queen of Erotica has outdone herself with Addicted. Zane's book, Addicted was released in 2002 and was turned into a movie, which released October 10. Addicted has finished at number 7 and scored an estimate of $7.6 million during its first weekend.

The highly anticipated biopic of Aaliyah, has finally received a release date. The Lifetime movie, Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B is set to air later this year.
